I am out today because I am sick. I should be back tomorrow.

Big Ideas: Who or what is in control?

Reading: Today we will read for 10 minutes.

Agenda:

1. I need Aubrie M. or Emma from 1st period and Camila or Zachary from 6th period to make sure all of the Chromebooks are back at the end of class.
2. Tomorrow we will meet at the theater instead of in class. The counselors will be making a presentation to all 9th graders. Make sure to check in with me so that I don't mark you absent.
3. Today we will watch A Midsummer Night's Dream 3.1 Start the video at 55:35 and end at 1:12:00. Make sure the volume is turned all the way up on the video and on the board. Everyone should be watching the video. Chromebook lids should be closed.
4. Fill out the Control Tracker for the play. This document is located in Google Classroom.
1. Who is Titania trying to control?
2. How is Oberon trying to control Titania?
3. Don't forget to put line numbers for evidence. You can use this PDF of the script. The play starts on page 44.
5. Practice your lines or work on your new vocabulary.
