Big Ideas: Who or what is in control?
Reading: Today we will read for 10 minutes.
Agenda:
- I need Aubrie M. or Emma from 1st period and Camila or Zachary from 6th period to make sure all of the Chromebooks are back at the end of class.
- Tomorrow we will meet at the theater instead of in class. The counselors will be making a presentation to all 9th graders. Make sure to check in with me so that I don't mark you absent.
- Today we will watch A Midsummer Night's Dream 3.1 Start the video at 55:35 and end at 1:12:00. Make sure the volume is turned all the way up on the video and on the board. Everyone should be watching the video. Chromebook lids should be closed.
- Fill out the Control Tracker for the play. This document is located in Google Classroom.
- Who is Titania trying to control?
- How is Oberon trying to control Titania?
- Don't forget to put line numbers for evidence. You can use this PDF of the script. The play starts on page 44.
- Practice your lines or work on your new vocabulary.
