Big Ideas: Who or what is in control?

Reading: Fill out the reading progress form. Today we will read for 10 minutes. Your next book review is on January 30th.

Agenda:
  1. Write a summary of Act I scene 2 in your English Journal. This scene is about Quince, Bottom, and practicing the play.
  2. Read 1.1.1-127 with a partner. Fill out the MSND graphic organizer. Look for the characters mentioned so far. Who are they trying to control? Why?
  3. Add to your earlier summary. What is happening at the beginning of the play?
